How can I ensure a patio will really be used?
To work as an outdoor room, a patio needs some sense of enclosure. My main patio wraps around the back of my house, so it’s L-shaped, about 30 feet long and 15 feet wide. I also have a dining patio in the shade that’s 15 by 15. n both places, I put out lots of containers to create that sense of enclosure. It’s important to provide comfortable seats and plenty of places to set down a cup.

Do you provide monthly maintenance?
We offer weekly & bi-weekly service including: trimming, weeding, raking debris, blowing patios/walkways, and spot checking plants and drip lines.
Do you offer additional services?
We also offer fertilization, pre-emergent, irrigation, low voltage lighting systems, clean ups & hauling, planting, gravel overlay, tree trimming & thinning.
Can I get a specific service day and time every week?
We try to accommodate as many personal schedules as possible; however, since we have to juggle multiple projects during the course of every day, we cannot always anticipate situations that pop up, traffic, weather, etc. So, we will attempt to accommodate your specific request as we make our schedules but can’t guarantee the same day and time each week. In general it works about 75% of the time.
Who will work on my property?
We have professional, reliable, uniformed crews to maintain your yard. Maintenance supervisors oversee the quality control & assist you with any additional needs, such as plant replacement or additional gravel
Are you a licensed Landscaper?
Yes, we are fully licensed and bonded. We hold all the required and necessary licenses for a landscaping company. Our Arizona Registrar of Contractors Number (ROC) is 304251.
Do you offer free quotes?
We provide a consultation at no charge, without initial budget pressure, without agonizing sales pitches & without meaningless drawings that will never live up to the beauty of the finished landscape.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
All of our construction and installation work carries a one year labor and materials warranty from the date of completion. Plant material is warranted for 60 days from the date of installation, however, if once we complete the installation you hire us as your maintenance company then the warranty period extends to one ye
